what the additional packages do and cost

The additional options for surfing volume are available in every prepaid tariff, according to O2. If your current balance is insufficient, you can book a data pack or day pack in various ways - for example by app, direct debit or transfer, at an ATM and via a loop credit card. If there is enough credit available, you can order the additional options by SMS or via the provider's app. The data options also use LTE with a maximum of 225 Mbps. For the short boost: The day pack is valid for 24 hours and only in Germany, after which any remaining volume expires. The package is not renewed automatically. This is what the additional packages do and cost:

• Data Pack S: 400 MB for 2.99 euros

• Data Pack M: 1.5 GB for 5.99 euros

• Data Pack L: 4 GB for 9.99 euros

• Data Pack XL: 8 GB for 19.99 euros

• Day-Pack L: 25 GB for 24 hours at a price of 4.99 euros

There are also additional options for telephony and SMS, which can also be booked via SMS or the app: The community flat rate allows an unlimited number of calls to other O2 customers.

• O2 Community Flat: 1.99 euros

• SMS Flat rate: 9.99 euros

• Allnet Flat: 14.99 euros

All options mentioned, with the exception of the day pack, have a term of 28 days - regardless of the billing period of the underlying prepaid tariff. Without cancellation, they are automatically extended for a further 28 days.
